Apparently, I don't respond well to motivational terrorism.
My 7-day self-imposed deadline pushed me to do one good session of writing and then slack off the rest of the week. And then slack off on my bloggerly duties as well, tsk tsk. In my defense, our wedding is just over a month away, with a funeral and a hens' weekend having occurred in the meantime to boot. I know many famous writers have held down hectic full-time jobs, parenting roles etc while penning multiple masterpieces. Only I'm not sure how they did it without forsaking their sleep and/or sanity. Maybe they didn't.
So, I'll keep plugging away and I'll get it done. Just not in a week because I haven't learnt how to be that strong.

Thanks for the encouragement and becoming a follower, Empress! : ) My motivation comes and goes, but right now it's on a high, so I'm trying to capitalise on it while I can.
